Moon in the seventh house

My horoscope today said that I should stop talking to the negative guy at work and let him know that I'm not going to listen to it. I'm trying to figure out which of the 52 people in my group just made redundant it's talking about. It could apply to most of the 16 that are staying too. I guess it might even apply to me except that I usually don't vent to myself.

I don't think Jupiter is aligned with Mars.
